Spinach Tomato Curry
Hello Friends,
Today I would like to introduce a unique spinach dish. Hope all will like this delicious recipe.Please do try it out and let me know your feedback through comments.
INGRERDIENTS:
Spinach :1 cup (cleaned and chopped)
Tomato :2-3
Garlic. :4 cloves
Coconut oil :1 teaspoon
Butter : 1 slice
Yogurt/curd :4 tablespoon
Turmeric powder : 1/3rd teaspoon
chilli powder : 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala :1/2 teaspoon
Salt. : as per requirement
INSTRUCTIONS:
Step 1: Heat oil and a slice of butter in a pan and add minced garlic.
Step 2: Sauté the garlic until it raw smell fades.
Step 3 :Add sliced tomatoes(chopp the tomatoes into long slices ) and until it becomes smooth
Step 4 :Add the chopped spinach and cook for 3-4 min by closing the pan.
Step 5 :Add turmeric, chilli and garam massala. Mix it well.
Step 6 : Add yogurt/curd and mix it well with the spinach.(After adding yogurt,do not allow it to boil )
Step 7: Season it with some salt and make it little thick by putting the flame in medium.
Serve it with hot rice
